In the end, someone from Pusser’s posted on twitter asking for Jackson Cannon’s contact information. Soon after, the Eastern Standard menu kept the drink but renamed it the Trademarque. It was still over 8 or 10 months after he put the dare on the menu though.

BTW the article was interesting, but slightly wrong.
There is one cocktail the Regan Gin Fizz ( a variation on a Ramos of course) which we made up in honor of National Breastfeeding Week a few years ago, and named after who else but Gary.
